It all began in the kitchen...

Betty and Earl grew up in the south learning true southern hospitality starts in the kitchen. As is the case with most family recipes, this biscuit recipe has been passed down from generation to generation.

Now, Jason Matheson has partnered with renowned pastry chef Adrienne Odom to bring his papaw’s biscuits to you. Betty & Earl’s Biscuit Kitchen brings a bit of southern charm and hospitality to Minnesota with handmade, fresh-baked, southern-style biscuits to be enjoyed with family and friends.

Sunday: 9am-5pm

Please note, Monday - Saturday from 9-11am and Sunday from 9am-12pm Betty & Earl's is open for curbside pick-up only.
